You Belong Here

Becoming a first time business owner fulfilled a life long goal. It took not only me believing in myself but so many others believing in my vision and abilities. My path, as it often is, was not traditional and after working in a business for over 25 years I decided to carry on the legacy while creating my own. 

I was extremely lucky to have the entire staff believe in me enough to stay the course into the second generation of Flooring America. As a visual person and lover of words I wanted to harness all those feelings into something that not only told our story but articulated our reason for being so passionate about floors.  From the words of Simon Sinek "every company knows what they do, some companies know how they do what they do, but few companies know why they do what they do." 

Our "why" is simple we want a place to belong and we want to do everything in our power to make you feel like you belong too.  We want you to feel at home when you not only walk through our doors but through the doors of everywhere we provide flooring from your home, to your office to your favorite organization. Belonging happens when we are present and believe there is space to be our authentic and even sometimes imperfect selves.  That's why we welcome and believe you belong here.
